Beth believes in continuously up skilling, as when you stop learning you stop personal growth. So, in 2021 she completed her APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) Clinical Pilates Certification.
She is also studying to be an Osteopath and is a 3rd year student at Victoria University, so she has a very in depth understanding of the anatomy of the body and the array of injuries that clients may come to class with.
Beth can’t wait to have you in her class, to challenge you to push yourself a little further with each exercise, but mainly to help you on your fitness journey to become a better version of yourself.

You will do half the class on your Reformer, then the other half using the Barre, Weights, Balls, Bands and your Mat - spending approximately 2 mins of each exercise to target all muscles, challenge your nervous system, develop great arm, leg, glute and core strength, plus stretch to improve flexibility and mobility.
This class will be set to music, will be upbeat and energetic - all welcome - don't worry if you have not done Pilates before! You will love it!

This motivated Kate to have a career change to teach Pilates, having a career that helps people alongside keeping strong and feeling well was a no brainer and she enrolled in the Integrated Diploma of Contemporary Pilates.
Kate is very excited to be a part of the team at Emerald Pilates.
