We offer comprehensive Pilates teacher training, in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and the Diploma of Pilates.

We have partnered with the RTO (Registered Training Organisation 60182), Tensegrity Training.

This course is recognised by the peak Pilates bodies in Australia – the Pilates Alliance as well as the Australian Pilates Method Association; AUSactive – the peak fitness and wellness body of Australia, and ESSA – (Exercise and Sports Science Australia).
